A beginner friendly class designed to restore harmony in the body and mind. We will focus on balance, posture, gentle strength and flexibility. Perfect for the brand new to yoga student, those recovering and those looking for space to breathe. No Yoga experience needed. Seasoned yogis may find a return to beginners mind a great way to keep their yoga practice fresh.
