Join Brandi for a Power Vinyasa yoga class. The class will start with easing you into the session with a grounding embodiment meditation, then slowly increase to a high-energy full-body workout. Finally, easing back out with the much-needed (and well-deserved) savasana. This combination flawlessly connects physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Vinyasa fundamentals will be the basis with some exercise repetitions from various yoga asanas.
