This session includes a yin and restorative yoga practice with chakra sound and a full sound bath
Join us for a 90 min Yoga and Sound Emersion class to realign your chakras and rebalance your body. The session will begin with yin yoga and restorative yoga led by Emilie Cook with chakra sound and a full sound bath led by Rebecca Turk.
Participants will hold each yoga posture for about 3 minutes while Rebecca plays the tones of each quartz crystal bowl of that specific chakra area. Longer holds in a Yin Yoga practice gently lengthen the muscles and fascia. While restorative poses soothe the nervous system and allow for a deep release.
After the yoga practice is complete, Sound Healer and Reiki Master, Rebecca Turk will use her quartz crystal bowls tuned to the 7-point chakra system, a native drum will mimic the sound of ocean waves…
