Reflexolgy with Cassandra

Reflexology is a massage technique that focuses  primarily on acupressure points of the feet and hands. In this class you will learn the basic concepts or theories behind Reflexology and also Hands-On techniques to practice a Reflexology session on yourself or a partner.

This is not a certification course.

It's intention is to be used as independent study course and to gain insight and awareness of the practice of Reflexology.

This is a two-part series. There will be two classes 2 hours long that will both include lecture and hands on instruction.

Be prepared to give and receive Reflexology during this class.

Everything will be provided for you that you will need during this course.

You are welcome to bring any additional items to make you feel comfortable as we will be working on the floor on mats and cushions
